Cancellation
In case of cancellation of your visit by yourself:
There is no charge.
In the event of an “orange” weather alert with risks of storm, wind, thunderstorm, bad weather, beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel reservations for reasons of security for our customers.
In this case, you will be able to choose another date within the next 12 months.
If you are unable to postpone your visit, we will reimburse you for your stay in full.

CORONAVIRUS INFO: RESERVATIONS CANCELED DURING THE CONTAINMENT PERIOD WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. A ONE-YEAR CREDIT ON ANOTHER DATE WILL BE PROPOSED TO YOU. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Capacity of the cave 2 groups of around 20 people can be accepted in the cave.

Admission is free for children under 6 years old.

Special conditions
Access to the cave requires normal physical condition. However if you are suffering from vertigo of claustrophobia it is not recommended to venture there.

The children remain under the full responsibility of the parents who accompany them.

Animals

Animals are admitted under certain conditions.
They must be kept on a leash in the park and in the cave, they remain under the full responsibility of their owners.

Valuable objects

The cave is not responsible for any loss or theft of objects.

Applicable law in the event of a dispute

These general conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
